But yet, there's the toy movies that is expected

One that is already a craw pleaser, of giant robot

and another that is promising to be the bomb, cause it got mummy director written.

But hey there's other that have a white mask slasher, a robber being pursuit by talented man, and a film that will change everything about WW2 with a tarantino style.
So lets begin(before Tyra start comparing her buttchick, to johny deep face):

10.-G.IJOE:THE RISE OF COBRA

Already been call sheezy, there's no expectation, i mean sure is gonna have the action, the villains, i mean Siena Millar as the Baroness, that's tight. But overaw those accelerator suit, kind change the whole concept of what the movie is about, with now machines making splash, is time for the Bionic ones do it. Have anyone here hear of a great cult picture call Robocop.

9.-HARRY POTTER AND THE HALF BLOOD PRINCE

Ok i got be fair here. But dont you think the film have already been dark a lot. I mean the franchise have been strong in the box office, and well the fan love anything that it have. But really dark, could they have gonna more urban like the third installment?

The only thing that the film have for me is the epic battle that every chapter have.

but enought with the dark.

8.-THE FINAL DESTINATION

What so the, that make this one to the list, oh yeah is in 3D, if you saw My bloody valentine, than you know what can you expec. What i always love of this film are the death, is already the traces of death for this generation, but in 3D. You better check with your doctor before seen it.

7.-PUBLIC ENEMY

They should have release this one in fall, cause that where most Oscar film come out. But hey i guest they trying the same formula than road of petition. With two most talented actor of the time, there's no way it will bring the performance that many are waiting to see. So why is on the 7 spot, cause really is freaking summer the only thing that is important is watch thing go boom.

6.-TRANSFORMERS:REVENGE OF THE FALLEN

Michael Bay is pushing the budget for the sequel, and look promising, we the introduction, of new autobots and decepticons, there's no way this film is gonna be a hit, but of course i m till waiting for the Dinobots, but hey they got devastator, here hoping the bad guys win. Cause really the have win in some cartoon episodes.

5.-DISTRICT 9

Produce by Peter Jackson, and directed by the guy who was gonna made the Halo film.

The film brings something interesting that can only be a mixture of stosi meet E.T. I mean really what would alien ship been hovering around in a slumbs.

4.-THE HANGOVER

Is already been a while that we haven't seen anything of the director of old school.

But now he comeback, with something tat many of us man, like to do, drink and forget anything that happen. The hangover come, that have a mystery twist, that is sure thing is gonna be the funniest movie of the season.

3.-HALLOWEEN 2

When i heard they was making a sequel, to the 2007 . Shock came to my head, but that all was save thank to the man that made it into what is now a psychological disturbing vision of a killer.Rob Zombie is back in the director chair, and follow what happen after the 1st.

2.-BRUNO

There's no stopping the success that he brought to he mockumentary of Borat that only Sasha Coen(not the pornostar) can make fun. Only this time he doing with style the gay way, prove my point that there are actually funny.

1.-INGLORIOUS BASTARD

War world done right, what was most vicious than the Nazi, the soldiers that did the same cruelty to them. With the success of the kung fu run of Kill Bill Tarantino, now take he's attention to what possible be the most gore war film, that any of it kind.

Well those are my prediction, of what can be the best film of the summer, now if i can only have someone go and see the land of the lost, cause when you put Will Ferrell in a big budget film, the only result that you will get is, "he better off making the follow up of Anchorman".

As for the list wait for it by June 3, blogging about what might be thee films of the season, just dont expect to see a night in the museum or year one, cause really what so funny spending a night in a museum, that worst hearing a speech of rush limbo life. Or seen jack black as a caveman, ain't he already did that in Waterworld.

The terminator franchise have inspire many, from Battlestar Galatica, to the butterfly effect. James Cameron brought the most apocalyptic future where humanity own creation destroy him from the errors that it have. From the time traveling twist to the only salvation that man have. Giving birth to action star by the name of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Following with 2 sequels and now a cancel tv series, a new tale, take the franchise to a direction what happen after Judgment Day, well Mc G directed, here's the red eye review:

In the year 2003 a death row inmate by the name of Marcus Wright(Marcus Worthington) donate he's body to sciences, by signing to Cyberdyne. The year is 2018, humanity was decimated, when the defense program call sky net was activated, Judgment day came when the bomb were drop around the world. Where a resistance soldier John Connor(Christian Bale), discover plans from sky net for a new terminator model, taking the info to he's superior, he is brief by a new weapon, a frequency that can shut down the machines. Meanwhile Marcus see the destruction of what once was Los Angeles, where he make contact with terminator, until he's is rescue by a young man name Kyle Resse(Anton Yechin), where he take him to see the resistance. Back on the resistance base Connor is puzzle by the recording of her mother, telling him about he's father and the importance, Marcus and Kyle stop by in a gas station, where they are attack by a couple Hunter killer, escaping Kyle get capture leaving Marcus behind, where he meet a fighter pilot of the resistance Blair Williams(Blair Bloodgood), that take him to her base, where a mine bomb change Marcus, revealing something that not even Connor could' n believe. When both meet face to face, is war. But the fate of Kyle Resse lies in their hands, so now they better work together, and discover the radical change of Marcus body ? The only fate that humanity have, is just one name John Connor.

Christian Bale acting was very soft tone spoken the same way he did in rescue dawn, But when he go commando that where the shouting begin. Marcus Worthington is already a star in the making, with high octane action, With a mean madmax actitud, the star is gonna be a action hero(here hoping he doesn't make the wrong choices like Ben). Bloodgood romance date was already to soon, a person in the audience yell "to soon". Which i concur on that. They should have waited in the film like coming from a dangerous mission. She was suppose to be the strong female that Linda Hamilton did, but i think they went short. Anton this guy is already making bank thank to another blockbuster(Star Trek) he went out all Shia Lebouf, in believing that there's hope, and the admiration he got from Connor, was somebody that you meet in line, to see this film, very fanatic. So they where any drama acting, but it was well play for a film, cause really went you watch a terminator film is not all about the story,

But the action, that cause it got the die hard formula, that every minute there's something waiting to go boom. From Bale shooting a turret to a T-300 head, to the Struck sequence, where we see t-biker flying straight to a Hunter Killer, To even the great bionic escape. Some body have been playing modern Warfare a lot, to get the war scenery done right, from the dust lifted of the explosion, to the camera shot of the escape that only Alfonso Cuaron did in Children of men. Yes i notice that this scene are already been done from the previous films. But they gave it their own interpretation, that work, thank to new twig they did. But the most memorable action scene is gonna go to the fighting with the t-800 where definitely they needed t2:grenade launcher, any film that pour lava than pressure to one this, is action seal of approve.

But let talk about the many terminator they show, with today films Wall-e to latest transformer, there's big T-600, that is loaded with a gauntlet gun, and a bomb launcher, and already swanager bod. Then there's the Hunter Killer ship, that it was cool by sticking with the original design, then there's the real tank one the T-100, that haven't change from the third terminator, that in today standard they already been made in real life. Then there's the transformer size Harvester, that works as the human swipe, that pick them, and drop them to the carrier. And let not forget the rolling skating bike that come from he's legs, that leave me to say to a certain robot director, that could have work for Soundwave.

And the many phrase are till there, that every actor say, is like every 20minute someone say something memorable, i mean is a formula that have work from the 2 sequel. But the tone will never be same from the original.

The movies work as a prequel, from telling it where it all begin.
It was a dream of my see the future of the terminator films, With the many model they introduce to the concentration camp, plus their base of operation, that leave ya, man that's while we love it. From the many shooting that not even a Disney film have in their library of films.
Make this a must see for this summer, of course it does cover some of the mytho of first film, but not of the 2nd. So there's more to tell.

Mc G really went all grim, that the others are know for. But he really have work on the acting i mean it wasnt camping or silly, but it felt more of a tv films. He know how to do action right, that thank got he didn't used wire, except from the car that is drop to one t-600. But it works, he really did justice to, from following the continuity to the many fan favorite Arnold phrases. He truly understood what the terminators films are all about.

If you wanna see another great summer flick go with this, a high budget that the movie have, it would make Paul McCartney not to get third wives. And the surprise that it have, that just have sheer, cause it wouldn't be Terminator without the original. Period.

hey im back, so is Winona Rider!

Im not Trekkie, or will never be. But the latest installment could star making some(except for me). J.J.Abrams revamping the franchise, there were concern about it, cause really i mean ye starting something from the beginning, by introducing the original crew of the U.S.S. Enterprise, but with new, younger, actors, that some we have never know about. So set your self for warp speed cause here's my review:

When the universe is treating by a new menace, captain by the last of the Romulan race, Nero(Eric Bana) is set out not only to destroy the Vulcan home world, but the Federation too, as a last resort of he's pain. Meanwhile on earth, we meet a trouble making farm boy with a I.Q. that only Einstein would be proud off, James Tiberius Kirk(Christ Pine) live he life just been a womanizer. But when he set he's goal clear to join up in Star fleet, to be captain in 3 year. Meanwhile on the planet Vulcan where a race of high intelligent beings that logic is their only way to solve their thing, Spock(Zachary Quinto) is the only one that is half human, thank to he's mother(Winona Rider), after finishing he's studies, he decide to join the star fleet academy. During the final exam, Kick is charge by cheating, making it the first time that he meet he's future first officer Spock. But when Nero make a attack, is up to every star fleet ship to go, and stop him. But when Kirk and Spock are both aboard to the U.S.S. Enterprise,they have to face their differences, from mutiny, to setting their feeling apart.

The ship that brought a new crew, to face their first battle, to become legends, that only in space can be told. This is the story of the U.S.S Enterprise, and he's captain, that let to a new voyage.

Best actor of the bunch have to go Dr.McCoy Karl Urban, with he's paranoia, to becoming the only friend of kirk, he nail it like needle in the butt, Anton Yelchin didn't look Russian, but boy he sounded one, with he's smarts, and the imposible language to understand it was the truly joy of the film, but set aside. Simon Peg was the joke of the film, from the time he set foot to the ship, to he's whining, ye know he right brit to play a scotsman. Eric Bana who knew he can scream so well, this is a very new act for him, bad guy got to be ion this man resume. But the man that deserve any award here is non other than the Sylar himself Zachary Quinto for playing the best character of all star trek series spock, with he's seriousness and the logic that he put to the character, you can bet that Nimoy know who to give he's prosthetics ear too. Ok there one act that really didn't convince me to much that go to Christ pine by playing the bad boy of Kirk that really, if you have see it, hes just acting a Richard dean. i mean he's young but there was something missing, from he's character, that really didn't work for me.

Now from the fourth to the first contact, star trek had have it share of time travel. But this one actually really did it, i mean to bring back the original Spock to the mix, made lot of Trekkie wonder why stupidity even exist. From the suspense have thank to Eric Bana, to Kick sleeping with a orion green chick, the film is half 90210, and half star trek. The introduction of every character 3was well play like they did on Brian singer 1st X-men movie. they didnt show their back story but it was the acting that made the movie go. From watching John cho first fight scene, to the aerial drop that really kick off the effect to high gear, the battle sequences are even way better than any of the previous one, hell even from the first prequel star wars(hate myself on that one). But Abram wanted to make this film new, not just another 80's follow up, by reinventing it, that only him could know.

Now the visual, are one the best on any sci-fi so far, from the scenery when they are building the Enterprise, to the mountain city of Vulcan. But really the bad guys ship well it remind me of something that is shape of a corn, but their black hole effect, especially when they destroy their first planet, only time ye can see it is in a discovery special. But the drill fight was one my fav, from john cho taking out he's sword to the falling scene, ye can top it off, but wait you can with the airdrop and lot thank to the alias series that Abrams is well know.

Now i can make a close to this until i say this, by putting Leonard Nimoy in the film, than Shatner, make ya think, why he didn't open he room didn't open on that hotel commercial .

Lets be honest he's already exploiting himself, with so many appearances, that you want him to go away. But Spock was always the fan favorite of the bunch even when he directed the fourth installment it was the better too. But man he's acting have change from many interpretation, on this one he went all Obi One Kenobi, but saying he's well know phrase, was something that the new generation will soon learn. So bottom line, Mr.Nimoy needed this, for reminding us why star trek was famous for.

So the film have everything that summer movie have. From hearing the phrase that the characters are know to, to going even deeper to the story that made Captain kirk, and he's first officer Spock become the most recognizable characters of all Sci-Fi history. It didn't made me into a Trekkie, but i enjoy it, and even today youth who are just discovering it. I don know what plan they have for the sequel, but a hope that shatner isn't in it.

Ah christ moment present: Dragonball Evolution

First of all what does Ah christ moment mean?

Well is when a Mexican that got nothing to do, go out and watch a bad movie.

In this case is Dragonball, i have seen my share of great martial art, from the Micheoh, Bruce, Jackie, to even the shaw brother's. Lately hollywood have been cashing in some, from last year the forbidding Kingdom to the Cg fat panda Kung fu panda. Now they take the most popular and recognizable manga(and Anime) of the 90's into a very and not so Indy like adventure, cause really where the wire?

Here the Review:

A long time a go, earth was been decimated by the conquest of Lord Piccolo(James Marster), that almost destroy it. Until Some Mystical Monk capture him, and imprison him in a jar. Now century have pass, where a old man train he's pupil the young, but overconfident Goku(Justin Chatwin) where in school he's is always bully a lot, which he can used he's kin agaisnt them. But when the evil return to haunt the old man home, and reclaim the dragonball, so he ca summon the most fear est monster of all. With he's only love one gone, Goku must set into a quest to find the other six mystical ball, on the trip, he meat a sleuth of character that join him: The determind, and techie Bulma(Emmy Rossum), the pervert, but very wise Master Roshi(Chow Yun Fat) and the treasure, always looking for a quick buck Yamcha( Yoon Park). To look and find them before the dreaded Piccolo do. From high flying, to finding a place where you below, and share it with new friends. Learn your Kin level, and study your kame kame ha

Cause this is the world of Dragonball.

Cause really it really doesn't have any serious acting, just something out of a B film.

Justin hair may done the look of the main hero. But hes act doesn't, from taking flirt of Chi chi, and learning new moves from the master, the guy come slow, in a very cloudy kind of way.

Then Bulma didn't seem that convincing, cause really she's a owner of a major technological company, but fail in the whinning thing, and the Yamcha crush, to soon for the film, especially when he try to steal from ya. Jamie chang performance was like the Hello Kitty of the film. Hey here's something you shouldn't have done, corny. Yamcha well there ain't nothing to talk about.

The only character that i think that almost save it, got to Chow Yun Fat. To he's funny acting, and always putting the hand on bulma(twice) was the true entertainment of the film. They should make another focus on him.

The story came short, and not that joyful. The environment that is set in, really got the feel of the dragonball universe, on been diverse, on the raise of color, and the futuristic setting, and of course the fantasy of the martial art. But really it seem they didn't told on how Piccolo escape, and why Goku didn't grow the size of he's father King Kong? knowing they left out the saiyan part out. And most of the appearances were to fast, well that what you get when is a 90min film.

It seem the adventure didnt look that interesting to begin with, i mean piccolo was already destroying city's, with that strength he can already take over the planet by breakfast morning.

And the training that Goku got, well let just say that kid that started in the Forbidding city, with just one kick, Goku can forget about existing.

Now the fight are always important for the series, and every fan of this series know about. Here they seem short from the rope by beginning of it, that something they took from Bulletproof Monk(Another Chow Yun Fat made with stiffler), and the Rochi they should be send to jail by pulling that cg arm fight, You don't need effect when it come to the kung fu. That's why there the wires? which they didn't used. The best fighting that the film have, goes to Jamies Chung, she the only actress that have the most training. And the epic one between Goku and Piccolo, well let just say that something that only Hollywood can do for their own brand of martial art.

So the film come bad in all. But really what were they thinking, Cause really the crouching tiger and hidden dragon is till consider the best thing that the Chinese gave to the Americana's. Here something that i can also add why they didn't put Grillin instead of Yamcha, i know they based it upon on the first one that was Dragonball, but fail in the character acting. Well this is a franchise that really was made by the Japs, cause everybody know that Anime films(the classic ones) last only to 80's to 90 min.

Well the first of a series of bad movies that need to be watch, cause really i know most wont.

This is even why observe and report should have a chance to be in on the ·1 on the box offices. But hey Disney won that one. So hey if you were expecting something of this film then don't, cause really Hollywood cannot always make them great, but if you do? bring some couple of your buddies, and laugh for the fun of it.

New parts, new models, but need a better plot.

When this film came out is started a new trend, in mechanic, machine, design, that only the Mtv crew could ever exploit(that when Britney went bald). That even other channel follow it to, from the pimping, to the challenge, made more kids wasted their high earning college money to make their their ride look pretty, even more than the girlfriend. Now the original gang are back finally with new cars, new racers, new chases, but all that was left the hood of the story open.

Dom Torretto(Vin Diesel) is back and this time with a new team, doing what their best, only this time in the south America, but when the police catch up. The is time to move on to another country. Leaving he's only love the fearest and risk breaker of Letty(Michelle Rodriguez) . Meanwhile back on L.A. Brian O'Conner is now reinstated to the F.B.I., cracking down a drug Cartel that have been hiring Drivers for trafficking cocaine from the Mexican border, that have the name of Braga. But when Dom receive a call from he's sister Mia(Jordana Brewster) telling that Letty was kill. That lead him to investigate it, that lead him to the same Cartel as O'Conner. When both receive the same name of David Hick, that get them into a race that will get them closer to Braga. Where now they have to transport the goods, for the cartel, by doing it from a hidden cave, but Dom vendetta could ruin their cover up, And O Conner bosses want to shut the case. They have to separate their differences, and bring once that friendship back, that take them to face a whole army of the cartel. And yes drive some new model cars with the latest state of the art GPS(Im a techhead too), burning wheel along the way.

Ok let star with the acting, i mean the Vin one was the same that he used in another movie (The chronicle one) And really what glow for this guy is the in jokes that play well for he's persona. Paul Walker till show the same rookie performances as the first, it was like they were repeating the first part all over again. So there ain't real acting or Drama, but i think the ladies will like just for the pretty faces.

The story wasn't that bad, i really dig the hate they have at the beginning of the film, then later come the reconciliation, that really had that 48hr buddy thing. But wish i could have love the changing point when Vin discover that it was Paul fault for the Letty death, that could have bring something new for the movie. Now the new enemy being a drug cartel, is something that they recycle from the 2nd, that really they have went with something big or small, like a gang or something else. And the most predictable thing of all, who was playing the main bad guy, that's t when they went with the saw surprise. It s felt they wanted make a more streetish version of a James Bond movie. But is not all that bad, is the action :

I got say they brought some very new stunt to the film, from the last car chase from the tunnel, it felt like the pod race mix with some very cool pitch black effect, then lets not forget Vin jumping car moment, l mean where to you think he got that idea(hint the video game he did with car's). The gps car race, was new add for the film, cause when it came to the GPS guiding direction scene, that something tron that could too. And the great truck robbery was well choreograph, when it came to the stealing of the tanks, but true suspense come from the downhill, that let me say this once , a car passing over a rolling flaming tanker, is so gone in 60 seconds.

It was truly strange to see Justin Lin back to directing it. The man knows action, i bet he have been playing burnout or some need for speed and doing it in a very tony scottish way. Is also cool to see how Dom knew Han from the tokyo drift(i bet to critic didnt that find that). But the weird thing is it a sequel or a prequel to Tokyo, i mean where's Digs from the 2fast, they left plenty of loopholes that it wasn't explain.

Well it works more as entertainment, than something that could start a trend all over again.But really i only went to see director Justin again, that drift wasn't that bad. Furious always had that street style that made it for me something new, and original. But while the sequel came, is have been loosing that style, and going more Mtv. But with the action that it have, it till make for a beautiful u turns. So pimp yourself, head to the theater, and decide driver it, or pull the break. Hey a least ain't the transporter 3.(really man ye should have went underground).
