But does this remake follow the same hunting and killing teen, or is it another hitch picture:

In 1980 a 40 year old woman kill off most of the camp counsel, blaming them for drowning he's only son Jason in crystal lake, until one of them slash her head off with machete. Now in a present time , a group of hiker, set up camp near where the woman live. When night fall, the partying and the debauchery start, until a man with a bag finish them off, with cutting and burning, the youth die today. 6 weeks past, where another group was heading to a summer cabin, bumping with Clay(Jared Padalecki) who was asking for he's missing sister, putting missing sing. While the others go and party like there's is no tomorrow, by drinking beer, smoking some Mary, and playing with daddy stuff, there were nothing that can stop it, until a man with a hockey mask start he's splattering. Now is every one for itself, and survive the night, that he came to have he's revenge. With no police, no telephone or even a deadly weapon can stop him, call he's name is Jason, and he brought a machete, and he want to play.

Okay then, i will confess i have seen only short scene of part1, 2, and 3. And they combine it, turn it into a great film. Starting the 1st act, when the mother kill the counsels, only showing her death, on the second act, with see him with a bag on he's face, like on the 2nd, and starting the killing spree, and finally the 3rd act, when finally he wear he's signature hokey mask. So pretty much 3film into one, and well done. Cause really there's 9 movies of this series, and to choose anyone of them it would have been disaster, like combining part7 where Jason fight a Psyche girl and mixing it with part 8 where he go to New York(for a short time) or worst, doing 7 and blending it with Jason X. Their way they did, was nice, it doesn't cover most of the myth that it have, but it does justice to it. When it come telling the first 3 sequels, is justice done.

The environment, was set. From the house to the camp it self, and of course the underground home. Where Jason live, and keep most of he's toys, i got say the really went retro went it came to Jason room, and watching those toys i mean i saw thing that one can remember of the 50's. But night in a forest, that wheres the true cliches start, from the lighting, to mist, it follow same atmosphere that series is know for.

Now the killing most of them were original from the best one that was the police, that's the money shot, and lets not forget the axe throw, that i got say i was impressive. But then they change it from the arrow in the head, to the machete of the floor. I mean some of them i have see them in previous Fridays movies. But really the hick carrying one of the kill in he's pick up, classic.

Now some of the chase sequences were so made by another platinum dune film, the chainsaw one. From the chase they do in the underground, to the woods, it fell the same. But the dead scene of Jason, they really took that one from part 6. But made it different.

Ok, this film did define a genre that is call slasher. But making a remake, and try to cover most of the films, was something that Kevin federline couldn't even rap about. But it was short on the first part, but good it was shot in black n white.

So their have been imitators, and some rip off. But nobody can denial that the first and the second were the best. Bay Platinum Dunes production making now third remake, they won't stop, but for me a Friday fan this one is their only best. With the suspense and the cliche of scares, this movie movie deserve a sequel. Cause i knew they would stick with some of the supernatural. Real is something that you see, like Michael bay not doing a bad boy sequel. that's real.

Is hard to notice that stop motion films, are almost made in a big time studio. Leaving just some independent animators to do it. But when Nightmare before Christmas came out, trend was starting out. From the strange and nightmarish characters, to the Gothic scenery, making a new fashion for the youth of today. But know there's a new film that only the master of modern storytelling can do Mr. Neil Gaiman, who's story and fantasy bring new to the word of originality. Here's the review:

Coraline Jones(Dakota Fanning) was just your average life, but when she move from Michigan to the Pink apartments house. Her staying become a bother to her parents, Her mother (Teri Hachet) who's trying to finish her writing for a catalogue, and a dad who is always fascinated with plant. Exploring her new home she find the odd of the neighbor's, from a acrobatic, who has a very cheesy bond with therats, Mr.Bobyski(Ian Mcshane), the nolstagic Spectacles Mrs.Spink and Mrs Forcible(Dawn French and Jennifer Saunders) by just drinking a cup of tea they can tell the future, and the bicycle driven, who is amaze of slug, and stalking her
Wybie(Robert Bailey) . Impatient, with her parent always working, bore with the only people that live here, that they can only come out from a Lovecraft novel, Desperate that not even he's father cooking doesn't full her. But when coraline move a furniture discovering a secret door, when open, it take you to the truth dream that you desire most: A father that entertain by playing the piano, and gardening he's flower, Neighbors that can put on a show for their Scottish dogs, that only swinging can they made, to a ring master, that can show some mice's some new tricks, a friend that can annoy, and a loving mother that want the best for her. And all can see from their button. Coraline become fascinated by this new world, going all nights, until one afternoon, she is visit by a black cat(Keith David) warning her that not all is wonderful and nice. Until her mother give her a present that involve stitching some buttons in her eyes. Revealing that this whole time it wasn't about a dream but a nightmare, that only Coraline must face, if she's willing to save her true parents and the free the soul of other victims, from the spider button eye witch. It just take a key to open a door, and wonder what truly you want.

Dakota voice is already make this film a delight, with her spoilers acting, to her daring, she very well be call by pixar. Tery voice acting can prove you that she already is the wicked witch is tthey ever make a animated wizard of Oz movie. Wybie is the most nervous voice of the whole film. that pretty much is the fun of the film. Now heres a surprise keith voice got a a make over can he sound more like the pink cat of the disney Alice and wonderland. And Mr. Pc John Hogman make he's second stop motion debut(don't forget the Christmas commercial) that bring the tire ding act, and fun to he's character.

Now the animation of the characters are pretty much the same of some classic like the nightmare, to the corpses bride. Some expression are very reminds to the classic chuck Jones cartoon. And the some of the scenery are something straight of Tim Burton charlie and the chocolate factory set. the garden scene, fell something that they recycle from a nightmare scene of the graveyard part. the character design are a mix of other stop motion films from James and the giant peach and the bride corpses. i kind like the father design it got that vulture next, the Bobinski one remind me of the dude best friend from the great lebowski, (yeah is the stomach)
Now the Miss forcible, Venus design is not made right for a kid movie, then again they will question their parent, why her breast are big?

Now the story is a blend of Alice and wonderland and House(the 80's horror flick), Is quite dark, but i fell it more of a emo kind. The suspense it have, is the same of a david fincher film can have.
The surreal act of the character, is something truly fascinated, that i think Mr Gaiman have with carnival, cause remember of mirror mask. And the challenge she make with the witch, that something Disney could never do, in any of their film, only on their video games they can do it.

Now i can really say much on the 3D, cause i wasn't that surprise, cause most of the effect went to the wide shot they did, to even the first person view, the movie show surprising and vivid scene like of the garden, to when she go through the door, is the lights that give that 3D vibe.
But Best one go to the mice parade, is like seen a rodent edition of fox so you think you can dance episode but in 3D. the best of this genre go to Bloody valentine, cause of the trowing, to the pointing of the guns scare the film. But here is the scenery, and spectacle that the film show with the glasses, But more unique that is in stop motion. So hey way to go on that.

The film is the many that are been made outed of Gaiman library. For me is a very unique thing they did, with this one, the story and visual, are truly original. And the buttons really made me forget of that other brad Pitt buttons movie. There some scene that will comfort some parent, but with the 3D effect is gonna make it better. So go out and see, this very unique film, that is only stop motion animation that's out there's.
